  Awful. I am not a construction guy or builder. I brought in some numbers from a window I needed replacing. The salesman asked me, by phone to get numbers from a spot etched in the corner of the window so we could order the right one. I went in with the numbers. He couldn't figure out what I needed from the numbers I had. Fair enough.... He took me to a floor model and showed me where to find the numbers he needed. It was the exact place on the window where I found mine and in the same sequence. I asked him to look at mine again and he says "how can I read that it's a jumbled mess" lol. Again, fair enough... I told him that I could re write the numbers in a more readable format. He then asks me how I am going to do that? You can't even read it? I really think that he was frustrated because he couldn't figure it out. I wouldn't judge everyone there by him. The girls at the counter were very nice, however I'm not going back.
  Not the end of the world, but the end of rings end for me. I used to buy all my paint there too.
